This blog is to give an inside look of my ideas and inspirations for my brand. The name of the brand, 426C, is the number in correlation with the pantone swatch for the color black. 426C explores the deeper meaning of the color black than its face value. Black is usually associated with a negative or dark connotation. Black signifies wealth, power, formality and style just to name a few. Wearing black can completely change an attitude. Wearing black boosts a person’s confidence levels. An ora of elegance and sophistication resonates with the person wearing the garments. That is the goal of 426C; for the consumer to feel those feelings of wealth, power, elegance, and a sense of hierarchy when associating with my brand. I want that to be apparent when people view my exhibition and relate or connect with my ideas.
